Chrysanthemum Pendant Brass by Nervous System is an elegant 3D printed piece of Jewelry whose shape is inspired by cellular structures in nature.
This polished brass pendant features cellular perforations that respond to its shape. The cells elongate parallel to the edge and become dense towards the center. The concave form of the pendant suggests the form of a flower. It comes in polished brass with a 18" (45,7 cm) gold-filled chain.
It is part of the “Corollaria Collection” a jewelry collection inspired by cellular structures in nature. Each algorithmically designed piece is made up of an intricate filigree, which varies in density and direction.
