The Pseudo Documentation Art Installation series by David DiMichele is in reality a game of visual perception.
The artist presents his work as the documentation of large-scale installation exhibitions. However, the scenes shown in the pictures are in reality dioramas, a series of carefully photographed “miniature installations” created with a keen eye for detail by the artist.
David DiMichele who challenges the viewer’s visual perception also supplements his tiny exhibitions with “miniature” attendants seemingly visiting the venues. Without any doubt, the work of the artist is not only creating but also exceptionally clever!
