The “Punk Chair” was designed by Archirivolto Design for Italian manufacturer Green. The design of the chair refers to Punk aesthetics, particularly the colored back which is a subtle reference to the Mohican haircuts that characterize classic punks.
It is available in a variety of colors for the seat and back separately, thus offering the ability for a wide variety of color combinations. With six color choices for the polypropylene seat and eight color choices for the polycarbonate back, there are 48 different color combinations available.
The Punk chair is comfortable, strong, light and stackable for easy storage. Of course our favorite part is the characteristic Punk element, which may not be obvious at first glance, but when someone realizes it, he smiles looking at the chair and thinking of the discreet reference to the cult movement of punks and their characteristic brightly colored hair.
