The contemporary Shimmer table collection by Patricia Urquiola is made from iridescent glass with a multicolored finish, giving the tables an ethereal element.
The tables transform themselves when exposed to various light sources or when viewed from a variety of angles. The surfaces change hues and tones based on the viewing position, giving the impression of transparency or density. The Shimmer table collection is constructed by laminated glass glued together at intersecting points, completing the prismatic effect of the iridescent glass.
Available in opaque and transparent glass, or transparent glass with a special micro dot decoration.
